How to Cancel your Recurring Wallet Top-Up

At any time you can stop your recurring top-up. Once you have done this you can continue to spend your wallet balance and also do single top-ups or reinstate your recurring top-up when you feel able to do so. 

• Select the wallet icon

• Select recurring wallet top up on your wallet options and then select cancel auto top-up button at the bottom 

• Once the Pop-Up message appears select yes to confirm your cancellation

• And it's all done 

You can get more information regarding your cancellation by clicking your wallet and reading the message that says you have successfully requested to cancel your recurring pop.
